Springmeier built upon existing conspiracy accounts but offered a distinct and unsettling structure; one where thirteen generational bloodlines sit at the very summit of power, directing all other elite groups and secret societies from the peak of a pyramid that reaches across the entire globe.
Within this structure, every member of these families is said to be a Satanist, subjected from earliest childhood to systematic trauma-based mind-control, and in many cases living with what mainstream psychology would describe as Multiple Personality Disorder.
It is a harrowing picture, curious mind, and one that demands we look closely at the evidence and the claims, because if even a fraction of it holds truth, then the nature of the world we inhabit is very different from what we are taught.
According to these accounts, the pattern begins when a child reaches the age of three.
They are brought before a figure known as the Grande Mother, a high-ranking Satanic priestess, in meetings held twice each year and attended by all the families and their Mothers of Darkness.
The Grande Mother evaluates seven children, and those deemed worthy are formally assigned to one of the bloodlines.
For every child accepted, another is said to be sacrificed, their blood used to inscribe the name of the new initiate.

Springmeier drew much of his understanding from those who claim to have escaped these systems, including John Todd and Cisco Wheeler, with whom he co-wrote The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave.

There is an old parable that illustrates the nature of this financial power; two horse farmers, one selling a horse to the other for a quarter of a million dollars, then buying it back for twenty dollars more.
